1. General Conditions

• All items listed on our website are subject to availability.

• Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur.

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

• We accept payments through secure third-party gateways. Coreprinto does not store complete card details.

• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with notice to the customer.

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.

• Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the items are handed to the courier.

4. Quality & Warranty

• Items are checked for quality before dispatch.

• Machines and equipment may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, the details of which will be provided with the product.

• Consumables (such as inks, films, and powders) are non-refundable once opened, unless proven defective.

• Coreprinto’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) and does not extend to indirect losses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized prints) cannot be returned unless defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure compatibility of products with their intended use before purchase.

• Proper use, storage, and maintenance of items are the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreprinto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased items.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

• These Item Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
